Bob Zdora of Century 21 Lemac Realty, and a member of the North Central Board of REALTORS, was presented with the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce Spirit Award at the Chamber’s Annual Banquet and Membership Thursday evening.
The Spirit Award, given annually, recognizes an individual or entity that acts as an ambassador to the Twin Lakes area, continuously promoting our community of “Three rivers, Two lakes, One beautiful life”. The recipient of this award captivates individuals, families, and businesses and/or industry with the thrill of living/working in the Twin Lakes Area.
“As a REALTOR®, it’s an honor to be recognized for something that is so easy for me to do,” Bob says. “We have such a great place to live here with our three rivers and two lakes. Add to it, the great people in the community, and you get a great quality of life. I tell people all the time that you can buy a three bedroom two bath home anywhere but you can’t buy what we have in the Twin Lakes area just anywhere.” Bob also thanks his wife, Linda, for all she does to help promote the area via their website RetireToArkansas.net
Bob, who heads up the Z Team at Century 21 Lemac Realty with Linda, adds this award to the many the Z-Team has been awarded over the years. For 12 years Bob has had a weekly radio show “THIS WEEK IN REAL ESTATE” that now airs on 6 stations and recently secured a local TV show every Monday morning, bringing stats and home selling, buying tips and educating his listeners about the local Real Estate Market.
