According to the newly released “Best Affordable Lake Towns of 2019” by the National Association of Realtors®, Mountain Home comes in at number eight.

The rankings reflect locations that had over 50 listings in a 12-month period with median home prices under $450,000. The median home price in Mountain home is $174,000. Also taken into consideration were easy access to dining, drinking, and outdoor activities.
